Facebook App: Now you can add a survey to your Facebook page. The app works by connecting your page to your survey account. You can select any survey to show on the page and change whenever you want. The survey will remain in the Facebook page when it transitions from survey page to survey page.
Video answers: Answer a question by uploading a Video. A new question type allows respondents to attach a video or file as an answer to your question. When setting this up you can define where these files go and restrict the filetype.
Geomaps: See survey responses on a Google map.
Score cards: Scorecard surveys now have Net promoter Score support so that you can assign weights to answers as well as overall score for a survey response. The weights are used within NPS and other statistical reports. Emails can be triggered based on score values.
Autoresponders: Now supports an "activation email" process. For example in some surveys, you may need to confirm the respondents' email. The survey sends the email, they click on the new link and the survey continues from there. You can also send an email to the respondent and survey manager if a certain answer is selected. For example if the respondent clicks, "I need more info" -an automated email with that info can be sent right away
Exports: Export results to an email address. Now, in addition to sending exports to an FTP site, you can send the file to an email address. You can also use secure FTP (SFTP) and there is a new option to encrypt exports using PGP. Exports can be sent on a schedule to be picked-up by mailing services for marketing automation.
Personalisation: Now easier and more secure using server-side tags. So for example to display the email address you just need to enter the tag [%$email%] anywhere in the content editor. Email address, firstname, lastname and 5 user fields are available for personalisation.
Date picker: There is a new date selector to make date entry easier and to export this data in an easy to manipulate format. In the content editor, click on "Insert input field", click the field then click on "edit form field", select the date format and your done.
CINT: Got questions but don't know who to ask? We are now integrated with the CINT panel system of 5m people in 40 countries.
Branding:
Sometimes it's desired to have the Next and Finish buttons match your brand. You can set the image locations in Menu/Edit properties/Survey button tab.
Coupons: We are now fully integrated with Coupons.com so that you can deliver secure and subscriber-only coupons to respondents. The coupon is usually unique to the individual survey response. Also available with e-Rewards.com
Sentiment analysis: The tagcloud option has been expanded to cater for sentiment analysis. You can define categories so that text questions can be reported individually by category. You can also view respondents by category ie Everyone who loves us etc. Menu Results/Comment Analysis/
Data services: We've added Rapleaf integration so that you can append further data to responses such as Age, Gender and Location. Upto 40 different lifestyle categories are also available eg Apparel, Food, Travel etc.
email polls: including a survey in an email is a great idea until you realise that it impacts delivery. We came up with a way to help email vendors by creating a new question type called email poll. When you create a question of this type the answers get a unique URL which can be inserted into the email. Results for this question type appear as if the question was answered in the browser.
