This page contains the instructions for installing the Surveys.ie Facebook app to your business page. Follow the 2 steps below and if you need any help (yes, we know Facebook can be awkward!) please email support

Step 1: Add the app to your page: |

1. Login to Facebook. The remaining steps in this section must be done from your main Facebook account and not while using "Facebook as a Page"
2. Find the Facebook application in the Application Directory (search for surveys.ie), or simply click here. Note: If you search for it from the main search box at the top of the Facebook site, you will see the form itself, and a link to install it. Click the link at the bottom of the form, click the Facebook logo that appears, and continue with the steps below... 3. On the Application page, click “Add to my page” on the left side of the screen.
4. A list of your pages will be displayed on screen. Click the “Add to Page” button for the page you want to add it to, and close the window when done.

Step 2: Link your Surveys.ie account with Facebook |

1. The application is now installed on your page, but you must link it to your Surveys.ie a/c before you can use it. Click on the menu Account and then Use Facebook as Page Don't select anything until the next step!
2. On the box that appears, click the Page Name not the Switch button!
3. You should now be on the Facebook Page for your Product/Service. You will notice your new "Run Survey" link on the left side of the screen. Don’t click on it yet (it isn’t active). Instead, click the “Edit Page” button at the top right of the screen.
4. On the left of the screen, click “Apps”. You will see the “Surveys.ie” app listed as one of your installed apps. Click on “Go to App” to configure the application. Tip: You can click “Edit Settings” to change the App Text from “Run Survey” to something else!
5. You are now on a new tab where you need to enter your surveys.ie organisation code organisation code (this is the first value you enter when you’re logging into surveys.ie)
6. Click Save, and an extra section appears at the end where you can select what survey you want to include on your Facebook Page.
7. Check the box beside the one you would like to use, and click Save once again. You will see the following message at the bottom of the screen.
8. Since the screen you're on is a new tab in your browser, you can now close it. 9. If you have closed the previous tab, you should now be back on your apps list (where you clicked "Go to App"). Click the "View Page" button at the top right to return to the page where you installed the Surveys App. 10. On your page, note the new menu item on the left side of the screen. Click "Run Survey" to try out your survey.

12. If you want to use a different survey in future, just repeat the steps in this section. 13. Final Note: We have designed a special stylesheet to use for Facebook surveys. This stylesheet is tailored to the available width on a Facebook page. While logged into SensorPro, work with your survey and change your stylesheet to "Facebook" on the Style/Theme tab.
